Alex first started going to yoga to relieve tension caused by years of competitive long-distance running. Within a few months, yoga went from something he did to supplement his training, to his main activity. At Red, he found he was not only increasing flexibility, but also getting a killer workout, practicing mindfulness, and making incredible friends. A lack of flexibility brought him to yoga, but Alex likes to say the community at Red is what has kept him here. Join Alex throughout the week for classes filled with physical challenges, breath-work, and the occasional inversion!
