Darcy fell in love with yoga the minute she started practicing with Kelli fifteen years ago. Yoga introduced her to a form of exercise she could stick with because it was always new, always intriguing, and always challenging both physically and mentally. Darcy believes her yoga practice helped her stay grounded and less reactive while raising children and being an educator.
Darcy brings warmth and compassion to the classes she teaches. She believes yoga is accessible (and necessary!) for all students at all levels. Darcy has taken advantage of many workshops and readings in order to revitalize and deepen her own understating of yoga. By coming to the mat, she will help you find your personal challenge, wherever that may be, and help you go beyond your perceived limitations in a supportive environment.
