Kirstin started her yoga journey in 2007, and found a regular yoga practice in 2013. As a licensed Massage Therapist with an extensive background in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, Kirstin strives to combine creative sequencing, breath-work, a bit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
Kirstin believes teachers are put into our lives to help us find our "work"—defining our weakest points, and then showing us how to strengthen them—not just in our bodies, but also in our minds. She believes in being a student of the practice first, and a teacher second. Her grounding, compassionate energy will have you leaving class feeling stronger, balanced, and lighter.
