Meggie was captivated by yoga at an early age. Initially drawn to the practice for the mental and emotional benefits, she grew stronger and kinder with every practice and every breath. In college, she dove deeper into the practice and lifestyle of yoga and learned how to balance a busy schedule with a mindful attitude.
Meggie hopes to bring an energy of calm, collective strength to each class. What she loves most about teaching yoga is creating an environment for students that sparks a similar experience she initially had when she began her own practice. Meggie continues to expand her knowledge in workshops, trainings, and other intensives. She sees her education as an investment in her future as an aspiring yoga teacher, but also an investment in her personal journey towards truth.
