Sam fell in love with yoga from the moment she saw bodies flowing in a candlelit room with the music turned way up. Just like that, she was hooked! After two 200-hour RYT programs and a (huge) leap of faith, Sam left the corporate world she’d always known to follow her heart into becoming a full time Yoga Instructor.
Her main goal in teaching is to provide a safe space for people to redefine what it means to feel alive, over and over again. She connects to the practice, not just on a physical level, but with an absolute awareness that yoga is a total mind/body experience. It’s realizing strengths, perceived weaknesses, thought patterns, internal roadblocks. It’s learning and relearning how to find patience and, in doing so, trusting yourself fully to push past comfort zones. You can expect loads of energy, freedom to flow, so much heart & a clear passion for her craft.
