Hot, sweaty, and hard. XXX classes are fast-paced, high-energy workouts with a mix of guidance and solo flows. Music may have explicit content.

Mindful restoration. Long-held therapeutic postures release deep muscle tension. We hold fewer poses for longer periods of time. Great for meditation and healing.
